When customer submit their orders, our system immediately starts production with our supply chains across our country. This process allows us to deliver on our mission to grant access to more design for more value. In order to uphold our promise on price and punctual delivery, we cannot accomodate cancellations or modications. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product when it arrives, we accept returns within 30 days (less the cost of shipping). We’re proud of our supply chain partners and we love our products -- and we hope you do too. We realize mistakes could happen and changes are inevitable, so if customer need to make an adjustment within 24 hours of placing their order, a written notification is required that our customer care team will try its best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify customer's order in any way.
